My journey with Filipé has been one of discovery, perseverance and continuous growth. I believe in learning through experience. I taught myself, experimented, refined my ideas, made mistakes, started again and embraced every lesson along the way. Each challenge has shaped the brand and, just as importantly, shaped me.
I have also learned the value of listening to those who have walked the path before me. I have sought guidance, asked questions, welcomed constructive advice and learned from people whose experience and knowledge I deeply respect. True growth comes from staying curious, being humble enough to learn and having the courage to evolve.
From product development and refining formulas to creating packaging, designing labels, producing content, connecting with customers and building the identity of the brand, I have been personally involved in every stage of Filipé’s journey.
I am ambitious, but I believe in building with intention. I have big dreams for Filipé, and I am proud to begin with the small details that create something truly exceptional. What began as a dream has become a journey, one built with intention, passion and purpose. And this is only the beginning.
